Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@flamefables.com. If your return is accepted, you will bear the cost of the return shipping label. Instructions such as where to send the package will be provided by us. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@flamefables.com.
Damages and issues
If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately.
We will promptly assess the issue, and if approved, we will offer you a refund or a free replacement to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please do not attempt to manually disassemble any of the products received. We will not accept any refunds for products that have been disassembled in any manner.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We can't accept used products for exchange or credit .your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We always try our best to cancel your order, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn't already been shipped. Once your order has been shipped we will not be able to change the order. For more information on shipping, please read our shipping policy.
